Information we use

AdeptMEP processes contact information, organization membership, product-license assignments, Autodesk user identifiers, and limited service activity needed to operate and secure its customer portal and Revit products.

Autodesk sign-in

Authentication is completed by Autodesk. AdeptMEP does not receive or store your Autodesk password. Autodesk returns an identity identifier and available profile information after you authorize sign-in.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, assign and validate product licenses, administer organizations, deliver invitations and service notices, prevent abuse, and support customers.

Service providers

AdeptMEP uses service providers for hosting, authentication, transactional email, and billing. Information is shared only as needed to provide those functions.
